French Marigold

Tagetes patula, commonly known as the French marigold, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to Mexico and Guatemala, but has been naturalized in many other countries. French marigolds typically grow 6-12 inches tall and feature single, semi-double, double or crested, fragrant flowers in shades of yellow, orange, red and bicolor. The leaves are pinnate with toothed, lance-shaped leaflets.

These beauties add color to any garden, attract pollinators, deter pests, and can also be eaten in salads or added to pestos! The seeds are easy to save and grow again for many generations to come!

All seed packets are 4.75″ tall x 3.25″ wide and ≤ 4 grams (.008 lbs).
